2. What data do we collect?
This site does not have its own data-collection form. When you contact us via WhatsApp or email through the links on the site, we only access the data you voluntarily choose to share with us at that time: name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process the visitor's IP address as part of that external service's technical operation.

4. How long do we keep your data?
Data from enquiries or initial contact is kept for the duration of the commercial conversation, and deleted if it does not lead to a client relationship within a reasonable period. If you become a client, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, for the legally required tax retention periods (generally 4-6 years).
5. Who do we share your data with?
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We may use technology providers (hosting, invoicing or management tools) acting as data processors under contract, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time by writing to hola@elemacontrol.com, enclosing a copy of an identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
7. Security measures
We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
